Due to high demand for Office Administrators, we are looking for highly skilled Office Administrators to join our dynamic schools in Blackpool and help us in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment for both students and staff.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our school's administration. Your expertise in SIMS and FMS will be key to supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining student records, and managing financial processes with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- SIMS Management: Handle student data entry, updating records, and generating reports for staff, parents, and leadership.
- FMS Administration: Assist with financial tasks including invoicing, budgeting, and processing payments using the FMS system.
- General Administration: Manage office duties such as answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Admissions & Attendance: Support with student admissions, manage attendance records, and liaise with parents regarding attendance queries.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for staff, students, parents, and visitors, ensuring clear and efficient communication..
What we are looking for:
- Experience with SIMS & FMS: Proficiency in using these key systems for student data management and financial processes.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining records, processing financial data, and handling sensitive information.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy school environment.
- Confidentiality: A high level of professionalism in handling confidential student and financial information.
- Team Player: Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the school.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
