In response to increased demand for Office Administrators in Wigan, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator with experience in SIMS (School Information Management System) and FMS (Financial Management System) to join our administrative team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain student records using SIMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with school policies.
- Process financial transactions and maintain financial records using FMS.
- Provide administrative support to staff, students, and parents, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis as required.
- Coordinate school events and maintain an organised filing system.
- Support the school's communication efforts, including newsletters and updates.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator in a school setting, with specific knowledge of SIMS and FMS.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
