Due to high demand we are looking for skilled and reliable Office Clerks with experience in SIMS (School Information Management System) and FMS (Financial Management System) to join our prominent schools in and across Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the daily operations of our school and contribute to the smooth running of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office administration duties including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update student records using SIMS, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage financial transactions, including processing purchase orders and invoices, using FMS.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
- Support the senior leadership team and other staff with administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to school departments and ensure smooth office operations.
What we are looking for:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
