What you'll be doing:

• Leading and motivating a team: You will manage and inspire a team of skilled technicians, ensuring their efficient delivery of services and fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Ensuring operational excellence: You will oversee all aspects of the responsive maintenance contract, including voids, electrics, kitchens, planned maintenance, and reactive repairs.
• Building strong client relationships: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded through proactive communication and clear service reporting.
• Driving continuous improvement: You will continually assess and identify opportunities to optimize service delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance and safety: You will be responsible for implementing and upholding high safety standards, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategic direction: Participate in tendering processes, build relationships with key industry partners, and contribute to the strategic direction of the unit.
• Manage financial performance: Monitor and control budgets, ensuring accurate cost planning and maximizing profitability.
