What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team: You will manage and inspire a team of skilled technicians, ensuring their efficient delivery of services and fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Ensuring operational excellence: You will oversee all aspects of the responsive maintenance contract, including voids, electrics, kitchens, planned maintenance, and reactive repairs.
- Building strong client relationships: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded through proactive communication and clear service reporting.
- Driving continuous improvement: You will continually assess and identify opportunities to optimize service delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ensuring compliance and safety: You will be responsible for implementing and upholding high safety standards, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team: Drive team effectiveness and motivation, ensuring successful delivery of all services.
- Deliver operational excellence: Oversee all aspects of the responsive maintenance contract, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships: Act as a key point of contact, exceeding client expectations through proactive communication and service reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement: Proactively identify and implement strategies to optimize service delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Champion compliance and safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
- Contribute to strategic direction: Participate in tendering processes, build relationships with key industry partners, and contribute to the strategic direction of the unit.
- Manage financial performance: Monitor and control budgets, ensuring accurate cost planning and maximizing profitability.
