Our Digital teams are currently looking to welcome a Sales Professional from a IT/Technology or Digital Sales background
Overview:
The Randstad Digital (RD) Principal Account Manager provides dedicated support of new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and development of strategic initiatives and will drive revenue growth within targeted accounts and will work with the (Executive) Client Partner to ensure communication and strategy with each customer is consistent throughout the organisation. You will take responsibility if there is no (Executive) Client Partner. You are responsible for managing all aspects of the sales delivery cycle and lead generation process, so as to maintain and develop sales of the organisation’s services to prospects and customers. This position will have a specific focus on local accounts as well as other customers that will drive an increase in local account acquisition. You are also the subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills.
Responsibilities:
Client relationship as needed to develop sales – proactively developing and managing new and existing relationships with a diverse client mix
Develop a working knowledge of the client’s business and provide customer expertise for others in the organisation
Sell client personnel on organisation capabilities and present and promote specific organisation candidates
Negotiation of ratings based on RD pricing policy.
Guarantee the placement of talent through expert matching and an adapted sales process within a known context within an existing client according to the commercial framework defined by Randstad Digital
Intake conversations: align with the client about the approach, tools and communication and do follow up through a work order.
Interview potential talents and, in case of positive evaluation, propose job requests and make this attractive for the talent. This also includes bringing talent and the client together.
Regular reporting to the client of the current state when it comes to talents and assure a close follow up.
(Spontaneously) proposing talents to a client within the shortest frame of time possible and encouraging the client to give timely feedback.
