We are currently seeking an organised and professional Personal Assistant to the Headteacher to join our team.The position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
When you work in this school your responsibilities will include :
... - Liaising with staff, parents, governors and external stakeholders
- Assisting with the organisation of school events and activities
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the Headteachers office
- Managing the Headteachers calendar and scheduling appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations and other documents as required
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handling correspondence, emails and phone calls on behalf of the Headteacher
- Organising and maintaining confidential files and records
