My client is looking to appoint a Paralegal within their Commercial Litigation team.
You will be required to be office based working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
It would be hugely advantageous if you have experience in:
- Assisting caseloads that include general and commercial litigation matters such as property disputes
- Drafting and amending documentation
- Attending client meetings
- Liaising with third parties
- Updating of case management system
- Keeping up to date with legislative changes
- Assisting with new clients
You will also need:
- Practice knowledge of working with a case management system
- Compliant with Code(s) of conduct
- Anti Money-Laundering regulations, etc
