Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support small groups of students to enhance their learning experience.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to pupils with specific learning needs, including SEN.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Quickly adapt to different school settings and collaborate with various teams.
- Assist in preparing learning materials and organising classroom resources.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different age groups and schools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A patient, caring, and supportive attitude towards students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are beneficial but not essential.
