About the Role:

Randstad Education is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across Horley. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support small groups of students to enhance their learning experience.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to pupils with specific learning needs, including SEN.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Quickly adapt to different school settings and collaborate with various teams.
• Assist in preparing learning materials and organising classroom resources.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different age groups and schools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A patient, caring, and supportive attitude towards students.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are beneficial but not essential.
