We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Sheffield area. This is a part-time role, working mornings only from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a competitive pay rate of £54-£60 per day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one SEN support across EYFS, Year 1, and Year 2, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
- Assist teachers with general classroom support, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported in their learning.
- Facilitate small group activities to promote teamwork and develop key skills in literacy and numeracy.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages pupils' confidence and independence.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, contributing to a strong school community.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children, particularly in EYFS and Key Stage 1.
- A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting children with additional needs.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to work effectively with teachers and pupils.
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Dedication to collaborative work within the school and team.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
