Responsibilities:
- Seamlessly integrate the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) into activities and routines
- Maintain observations to document children's development
- Assist with children's hygiene and mealtime routines
- Uphold safety measures to establish a secure and enjoyable environment
- Maintain detailed records of children's daily activities and meals
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service (or obtainable through Randstad)
- Previous experience working with children aged 0-5
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive team player willing to lend assistance to colleagues
- Ability to forge positive relationships with parents and carers
- Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desired (but not essential):
- Safeguarding training
- Paediatric first aid certification
- Food hygiene knowledge
- Health and safety training
