Salary: £25 to £30 / a day Umbrella

As a Performance Manager, you will play a key role in gathering, managing, and analysing data to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and SLAs. You will also collaborate with key teams to improve reporting systems, enhance service delivery, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the production of performance reports to optimise contract outcomes
Manage the helpdesk team and monitor contract performance against SLAs
Analyse data to identify service failures, risks, and areas for improvement
Work closely with Contract/Facilities Managers and other key teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Act as a subject matter expert for CAFM/Maximo systems and data management
What We're Looking For:
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and contract performance management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, macros, formulas)
Familiarity with CAFM systems such as Maximo (preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Understanding of FM contracts, KPIs, and commercial awareness
