Randstad is working with a leading provider of housing repairs and maintenance services, dedicated to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of their residents. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and are seeking a skilled Plumber (unvented) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing units.
- Repair, and maintain unvented hot water systems.
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their plumbing needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to deliver seamless service.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
- G3 Certification for unvented hot water systems.
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs, preferably within social housing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
