Job Title: Plumber
Contract: Permanent - Mobile role
Salary: £31,363.00 per year, plus standby payments OTE £36000
Looking to recruit a plumber to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Install, repair/ replace hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers and toilets and waste systems works around the Ellesmere & Chester area.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include full plumbing repairs within a social housing setting
- working efficiently and safety in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge
- Skilled workers who hold a CSCS Card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
- Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
