Are you an experienced Maintenance Plumber seeking a dynamic mobile role? Join our clients team at a leading Facilities Management company, providing essential maintenance services across various corporate environments in and around Exeter. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, and sanitary fixtures across multiple sites.
- Carry out building fabric maintenance tasks such as minor repairs to structures, doors, and windows.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and corporate standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and service interruptions.
- Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to deliver comprehensive building services.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and timeframes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber / Fabric Engineer, ideally in corporate or commercial settings.
- Relevant qualifications in plumbing (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a mobile role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and colleagues.
