We are seeking a skilled and experienced domestic plumber to join our team on a contract basis, working on a social housing contract in the Newcastle area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the community while developing your skills and gaining valuable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks in domestic properties, including the likes of; kitchen sink replacements, radiator repairs, bathroom fitting etc.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and regulations.
- Complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a domestic plumber.
- Valid CSCS card with relevant NVQ.
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing problems efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
