Are you a skilled plumbing and Heating Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in Manchester. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks at various client sites.
- Diagnosing plumbing issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed within specified time frames and to the highest standards.
- Inspecting plumbing systems and identifying potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Package:
- Competitive salary of £35436 per annum.

Requirements:
- City and guilds or equivalent in plumbing.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber, with a strong focus on commercial
- Installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and components.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
