Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

A vibrant Post-16 college is looking for a dynamic SEN Learning Support Assistant to support learners aged 16-25 on vocational pathways (hospitality, construction, IT). You'll work closely with tutors to ensure students can access the curriculum and develop employ-ability skills.

Duties Include:

• In-class support for students with mild to moderate SEN.

• Promote inclusive learning strategies and workplace behaviours.

• Monitor and record student progress.

• Support students with emotional regulation and social development.

We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting students in college, youth work, or care settings.

• An understanding of EHCPs and preparing for adulthood outcomes.

• Strong communication and a team-player attitude.
