Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
A vibrant Post-16 college is looking for a dynamic SEN Learning Support Assistant to support learners aged 16-25 on vocational pathways (hospitality, construction, IT). You'll work closely with tutors to ensure students can access the curriculum and develop employ-ability skills.
Duties Include:
In-class support for students with mild to moderate SEN.
Promote inclusive learning strategies and workplace behaviours.
Monitor and record student progress.
Support students with emotional regulation and social development.
We're Looking For:
Experience supporting students in college, youth work, or care settings.
An understanding of EHCPs and preparing for adulthood outcomes.
Strong communication and a team-player attitude.
