Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Setting: Specialist Independent College

Join a nurturing specialist college supporting learners aged 18-25 with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). This role focuses on transitions from education into supported living or employment settings.

Role Summary:

• Deliver structured support across personal development, employ-ability, and community engagement.

• Support with sensory activities, hydrotherapy, or structured social time.

• Provide personal care where required.

• Use alternative communication methods (PECS, Makaton, AAC).

Desirable:

• Manual handling training and experience with PMLD or SLD.

• Background in care, therapy, or special education.

• Positive Behaviour Support knowledge (PBS)
