Are you passionate about helping young adults with SEN move into the world of work? We're seeking a Teaching Assistant for a supported internship programme, working with learners with additional needs in real-life work placements.
Your Role Will Include:
On-site support at partner employers (retail, hospitality, office-based).
Supporting functional skills, communication, and social awareness.
Acting as a liaison between employers, learners, and tutors.
Ideal Background:
SEN support, careers coaching, or job coaching experience.
Understanding of EHCP goals and employment pathways.
Highly adaptable and confident in off site learning environment
