Responsibilities:

• Managing Classroom Behavior: Maintaining order and ensuring pupils are engaged in their work.
• Providing Assistance with Work: Helping pupils with tasks, answering questions, and ensuring they understand instructions.
• Supervising Work: Monitoring pupils as they complete pre-prepared assignments and ensuring they follow school policies.
• Collecting and Returning Work: Gathering completed assignments and returning them to the teacher.
• Reporting Concerns: Notifying the appropriate staff member of any concerns or issues that arise.
• Following School Policies: Understanding and adhering to the school's policies on behavior, health and safety, and other relevant areas.
• Ensuring a Positive Learning Environment: Creating a safe, productive, and harmonious classroom atmosphere.
