Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

• Significant post-qualifying social work experience in Adult Mental Health Services.
• Experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to carry out duties under the Mental Health Act 1983.
• Experience in complex casework within a statutory Adult setting.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in assessing complex risk.
• Experience in interpreting and making judgements on risk and protective factors.
• Ability to make timely judgements and decisions based on evidence and thorough analysis.
• Ability to develop specific practical plans with clear timescales based on high-quality assessments.
• Ability to systematically monitor and review decisions and plans.
• Knowledge of different intervention methods and their effectiveness
