• Liaise with authorities to ensure occupancy and safety compliance.
• Develop comprehensive pre-construction and construction programs, highlighting key dates and managing procurement schedules.

• Build strong relationships with clients and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Contribute to pitch documents, presenting cost and technical expertise to secure new projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A proven track record of success as a Pre-Construction Manager within a Design & Build environment.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with a deep understanding of JCT D&B contracts and complex negotiations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• A passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement within the pre-construction process.

Qualifications:

• Degree or qualifications in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in costing and project management in a relevant environment.
