Presentations Operator

Temporary contract 3 to 4 weeks
Pay rate £33.56 to £37.34 depending on shift pattern
Purpose:
As a Presentations Operator, you will create high-quality presentations following client guidelines, manage workflow efficiently, and ensure commitments are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation & Workflow Management: Create high-quality presentations following client guidelines, manage workflow efficiently, and ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, support colleagues, and lead by example to uphold service excellence.
- Technical & Quality Expertise: Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and print production; ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Organisational & Leadership Skills: Plan and prioritise tasks, provide training, oversee inductions, maintain a productive workspace, and uphold company policies.
Skills & Attributes:
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, graphics production, and print processes is a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, initiative, and a commitment to service excellence.
- Communication & Leadership: Effective verbal/written communication, team collaboration, and the ability to lead by example.
