As a Part-Time Supply Teacher, you will step into various classrooms, providing essential cover and support wherever needed. Your role is crucial in ensuring students' learning experiences remain uninterrupted. You'll follow set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment, adapting quickly to different school settings and student needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Motivate and inspire young learners
- Track student progress and collaborate with parents
- Safeguard children and manage disruptive behaviour
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
- Engaging and interactive teaching style
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
