As a Primary School Supply Teacher, you will have the chance to work in various schools in Sawston, gaining valuable experience and opening doors to other teaching opportunities. This varied experience will enable you to make more informed decisions should you be looking to secure a permanent teaching role, giving you a diverse understanding of your preferences and strengths.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping records of student progression
- Covering across both Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) depending on preference
- Adapting quickly to the different needs of children
- Safeguarding children and managing disruptive behaviour
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Strong classroom behaviour management skills are essential
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Strong work ethic and dedication to student success
