Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Primary teacher to join our dynamic team, located in the community of March. As a Primary school teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged 5-11, fostering their intellectual, emotional, and social growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Motivate and inspire young learners
- Track student progress and collaborate with parents
- Safeguard children and manage disruptive behaviour
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
- Engaging and interactive teaching style
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
