You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting pupils' academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.
- Assess, track, and support student progress, helping them achieve their best.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain effective classroom management, fostering respect and responsibility.
- Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching primary levels is highly desirable.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2)
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility: A willingness to adapt to different teaching environments.
- Commitment: Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
- Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if you don't already have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
