Randstad Education is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work with our partner schools across Cambridge . This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while making a lasting impact on students aged 4-11.
Working with Randstad offers the flexibility to fit your other commitments, along with ongoing support and communication from our dedicated consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment
- Providing one-to-one support to students, addressing their individual learning needs
- Assisting with small group activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating
- Supporting students with their social and emotional development
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
- Engaging and interactive teaching style
- Experience working with children with SEN is advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
