Randstad is looking for Teaching Assistants to work at vibrant primary schools in Kings Lynn. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher, providing essential support in various classroom activities. Whether you're guiding individual students or leading small group sessions, you will help create an engaging, inclusive learning environment that empowers every student to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment
- Providing one-to-one support to students, addressing their individual learning needs
- Assisting with small group activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating
- Supporting students with their social and emotional development
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
- Level 2/ 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required
- Engaging and interactive teaching style
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
