Requirements for the role:
... - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong knowledge of the Primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
- Recent classroom experience or relevant placements
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- Ability to plan, adapt and deliver engaging lessons (when required)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable, flexible and confident in new school settings
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of year groups
- Adapt to different schools and classrooms with ease
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, in line with school policies
- Assess pupils' progress and provide constructive feedback (when applicable)
- Build rapport with pupils and staff, contributing to school life when needed
