What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Recent classroom experience within a UK primary setting
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum
- The ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of different pupils
- A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Support the academic and personal development of all pupils
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leaders
- Monitor pupil progress and provide clear feedback
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Uphold safeguarding practices and school policies at all times
