What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting
- A thorough understanding of the national curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one through Randstad.
- Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
- Confidence in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
- Plan, prepare and assess learning activities
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Support pupil progress and behaviour management
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular life
