- Create a safe and nurturing and inclusive environment for all students
- Ensuring that pupils maintain their attainment levels
- Demonstrate innovative and creative teaching methods
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status with a relevant degree
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding
- Empathetic and nurturing qualifies with the ability to connect with and inspire young learners
