Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons for young students.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary pupils.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Build rapport with students and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents in regards to student progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting the well-being and academic achievement of all students.
- Experience working with Key stage 1 and Key stage 2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to professional development.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one through Randstad Education)
- 2 recent professional references
