What you do:
- Provide pupils with excellent instruction and learning opportunities.
- Evaluation of student's progress, comments, and documentation of observations in compliance with school regulations.
- Coordinating with parents and carers regarding their child's progress and taking part in departmental meetings, parent nights, and school-wide training programmes
- Respect the school's core values and keep the classroom environment polite and safe.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must have.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on update service (or be willing to get one).
- Must provide 2 professional references.
- Should have several years of experience as a teacher.
- Thorough knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methods appropriate for the student's age.
- Outstanding classroom management abilities as well as the capacity to captivate and motivate younger students.
- To work well with students, staff, and parents, one needs strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The capacity to organise and conduct innovative, differentiated classes that meet the various needs of the pupils.
- Appropriate evaluation and documentation techniques to monitor student's advancement.
