What are we looking for?

• Have QTS or equivalent certification
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• An enhanced child DBS on the update service
• Able to provide 2 proven professional references
• Have strong communication, managerial and behavioural skills.
• Should be in a position to handle emotions.
• Able to manage the classroom and engage young learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Responsibilities:

• Plan the academic activities and deliver according to the student's abilities.
• Using various resources and teaching techniques to enhance the learning process.
• Create an engaging and positive learning environment where every student feels free to share their ideas, ask questions and express themselves.
• Regularly assess students' progress and communicate with the student, colleagues and parents.
• Prepare and mark assignments, tests, and exams.
• Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance, attendance, and other relevant information.
