About the Opportunity:
This term-time, full-time position offers you the chance to explore your passion for education and make a real difference in the lives of students aged 4-11. You'll work closely with teachers, assisting with learning activities, contributing to their social and emotional development, and helping them build a love of learning.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to work with groups of children.
- Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain records.
- Attend to children's personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on pastoral, social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
- Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor students' developmental progress.
- Work with children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support their learning.
- Serve as a positive role model for students and staff.
Your Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English.
- An enhanced child DBS (we can assist with this if you don't already have one).
- Skills in behavior management and classroom management.
- Patience to help pupils understand the teacher's lessons and engage children in planned activities.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not provided).
