1:1 Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary School (Crawley)
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Crawley, providing tailored support to children with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviours.
Role Overview:
- Provide 1:1 support to a child, helping them reach their learning objectives.
- Assist the class teacher in creating a nurturing and structured learning environment.
- Understand and manage triggers and behaviours effectively.
- Build a positive relationship with the child, fostering confidence and engagement.

- Full-time, term-time only (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30)

Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with additional needs
- Strong understanding of Autism, ADHD, and behaviour management
- A valid DBS (or willingness to apply - we can assist!)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
