About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to explore your passion for education by assisting students aged 4-11, contributing to their social, emotional, and academic growth. You'll work closely with teachers and provide valuable support to children in a dynamic and enriching classroom environment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to work with groups of children.
- Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain records.
- Attend to children's personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on pastoral, social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
- Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development.
- Support children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to facilitate their learning.
- Be a positive role model for students and staff.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience working with children.
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English.
- Enhanced child DBS (we can assist if you don't already have one).
- Classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Patience to support pupils in understanding lessons and engaging in activities planned by the teacher.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided).
