Randstad is currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers for various schools in the Chesterfield area. We offer flexible daily, short-term, and long-term roles to suit your availability and preferences.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (including placements)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
- Good classroom management and adaptability
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Commitment to supporting pupils' learning and well-being
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe learning environment
- Adapt to different school settings and follow each school's policies
- Complete marking and assessment where required
- Support the wider school community when needed
