Join a global medical device and healthcare leader as a Complaints Investigator. This is not a customer service role-no phone calls are involved. Instead, you will analyze returned products, identifying and investigating root causes using computer systems. No prior experience is required-just good IT and communication skills, along with the ability to follow procedures.
Role: Complaints Investigator (Night Shifts)
Pay: £15 per hour
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off 7pm to 7am
Responsibilities
- Investigate customer-returned products in accordance with site and divisional procedures.
- Support new and improved processes while meeting investigation timelines.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and Health & Safety policies.
- Identify trends in product complaints and escalate findings to management.
- Work efficiently in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements
- Secondary education in Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
- GMP or laboratory experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and logical analysis skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Five years of employment or activity history required for reference checks.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK fully.
