Our large Manufacturing client is currently hiring for a Production Supervisor position. You will be reporting into the Production Manager and you will be mainly responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the production lines. This is a permanent position, which is fully on site in Cavan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 4 team leads, overseeing daily production operations.
- Proactively monitoring production processes, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
- Managing inventory and equipment, including raw materials, tools, and machinery.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and equipment.
- Technical background preferred.
Our client is looking to pay around €54,000 per year, along with some benefits.
