Our large Manufacturing client is currently hiring for a Production Supervisor position. You will be reporting into the Production Manager and you will be mainly responsible for directing and managing the daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficient work flow and productivity.. This is a permanent position, which is fully on site in Monaghan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all production processes are in line with compliance and regulatory standards.
- Communicating with the production team in regards to their performance.
- Completing documentation to compliance and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a Production supervisory role.
- Good experience with running the production floor.
- Food experience is a huge benefit.
Our client is looking to pay around €42,000 per year.
