Our large Manufacturing client is currently hiring for a Production Supervisor position. You will be mainly responsible for providing leadership to the production team. This is a permanent, on site position based in Waterford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing staffing plans, performance reviews and coordinate training plans.
- Supervising daily work operations whilst also implementing plans to improve processes.
- Liaising with customers through regular meetings.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a production supervisor.
- Experience with managing teams of 15 or more reports.
- SAP experience.
Salary is €50,000 with a 33% shift allowance.
