Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes with efficiency and precision.
- Identify and implement application stability improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Improve alerting systems and minimize incident impact and duration.
- Ensure business continuity and enhance production stability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents and changes.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify underlying problems and assess impact.
- Experience with SDLC and configuration management processes.
- Expertise in capacity management, analyzing trends, and resolving bottlenecks.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in problem-solving for production systems, including identifying patterns and root causes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical and functional insights clearly.
- Knowledge of database technologies like Sybase and DB2.
- Proficiency in Java and UNIX environments.
