As a Freelance Project Administrator, you will be an integral part of the project delivery teams, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide robust administrative support to project teams on a freelance basis.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and compliance records.
- Track project timelines, key deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with procurement processes, including managing purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action points.
- Support financial monitoring, including budget updates and expense management.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure all documentation complies with health, safety, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative role, ideally within the rail, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
