My client is seeking a proactive and organised Project Assistant Lead to support project management administration and document control. This role involves coordinating tasks, resources, and communication among team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor project assistants, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Document Control: Maintain and update project documentation registers, ensuring high standards within the management system.
- Quality Assurance: Review documents, conduct quality checks, and ensure accuracy before recording and issuance.
- System Maintenance: Keep the Document Management System (SharePoint) current and organised.
- Administrative Support: Support a range of projects with administrative tasks, including:
- Formatting key documents and reports
- Coordinating team member's travel arrangements
- Recording travel expenses for project invoicing
- Performing additional duties within the role's scope.
- Compliance: Assist with internal audits, ensuring adherence to procedures and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Follow Nuclear Safety principles and policies.

- Practice good housekeeping in all work areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
