Job Title: ESG - Project Coordinator
Location: Feltham - Hybrid
Contract: 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager/Coordinator with ESG experience. This crucial role involves organizing and managing various aspects of the initiative, ensuring smooth and efficient execution, and driving the growth and traction of the program. The position requires close collaboration with internal partner sales teams, partners, customers, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to the programme lead in deploying and executing projects.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align on programme objectives.
- Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to amplify and drive awareness of the programme, delivering on required objectives and deliverables.
- Work with the development team to ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of digital platforms, including user testing and process documentation
Requirements:
- Availability for a minimum 12-month contract.
- Strong interest in environmental, social, and governance matters and are passionate about purpose-driven work.
- A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in programme and project management, and coordination.
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms.
- Experience managing global projects with dynamic, virtual teams.
- Ability to work effectively and confidently in a remote team.
- Comfort working across global time zones, particularly PST (US west coast).
- Ability to prioritize information and present findings effectively.
