Role:Project Coordinator:
Location: Aberdeen
Rate: £20 - 25/hour Umbrella
Duration 12 months
Start date: December 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed of project updates and deadlines.
- External Communication: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers as necessary, ensuring smooth communication and addressing inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, scheduling, and following up on action items.
- Budget and cost management
- Risk Monitoring
- Compliance
- Data entry and analysis
- Project closure support
- Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a good understanding of project management processes.
- Experience managing multiple aspects of the project management lifecycle.
- Proficient in project management communications, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure with a flexible and proactive attitude.
- Proven track record of problem-solving with a solutions-focused approach.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience working on a variety of project types across different industries.
- Proficient in Office 365
- A valid driving license.
