Randstad are recuirting for a Project Coordinator who are dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency in homes through the installation of measures such as Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, Loft Insulation, and Cavity Wall Insulation. They are at the forefront of government-subsidised schemes like the Home Upgrade Grant 2 (HUG2) and ECO4, helping homeowners reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint.
Position Overview:
Randstad are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee our government subsidies work streams. This role is integral to the seamless delivery of our energy efficiency projects, ensuring that all administrative and coordination tasks are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative duties, including document completion and uploading.
- Liaise with the Retrofit Coordination and design team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide customer support over the phone, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the application and installation process.
- Task engineers with their respective jobs for each installation, ensuring all processes are understood and followed.
- Maintain momentum in the application and completion processes for each job.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Zoho and Pashub platforms is advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
